After last year’s Snowshoe with minimal snow we are sure to have an abundance of snow and a beautiful sunny day for a great event.

Snowshoe the Bear is for EVERYONE.  The majority of participants are first-time snowshoers.  It’s not all about racing, it's about enjoying the snow, sun, friends, trees and completing the course at your own pace in your own style.  Whether you choose to walk with your kids and dog, jog in your pajamas or other fun costume, aim for your best 5k or 10k time or just aim for the finish line – you will want to be a part of Snowshoe the Bear.
